These are the rules for using our platform. By using YouSabiSell, you agree to these terms.

What We Do

  • We provide a platform for vendors to manage orders from social media
  • We send automated messages to your customers
  • We help track payments and orders
  • We don't process payments - that's between you and your customers

Who Can Use YouSabiSell

You CAN use our service if:

  • You're 18 or older
  • You have a legitimate business
  • You provide accurate information
  • You have the right to sell what you're selling

You CANNOT:

  • Sell illegal items
  • Use fake information
  • Spam or harass customers
  • Share your account with others
  • Try to hack or break our system

Your Account

  • One account per person/business
  • Keep your login details safe
  • Tell us immediately if someone accesses your account without permission
  • We can suspend accounts that break rules

Orders and Payments

  • You handle payments directly with customers
  • We just track payment status
  • You're responsible for delivering what you promise
  • You must resolve customer complaints fairly

Our Fees

  • First 10 orders each month are free
  • After that, you pay based on your chosen plan
  • Fees are charged monthly in advance
  • No refunds for unused orders

Privacy and Data

  • We protect your data (see Privacy Policy)
  • Don't share customer information outside YouSabiSell
  • We may use anonymous data to improve our service

Things That Can Go Wrong

  • We try our best, but sometimes things break
  • We're not responsible for lost sales or problems
  • We'll try to fix issues quickly
  • Our total liability is limited to what you paid us

Ending Your Account

  • You can cancel anytime
  • We can terminate accounts that break rules
  • Your data will be deleted after 30 days
  • Unpaid fees must still be paid

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms
  • We'll notify you of major changes
  • Continuing to use the service means you accept changes

These terms are governed by Nigerian law.
